What is Yamashina Bal Festa ?

Come to the Kyogoku street of Yamashina to enjoy the cuisine from many eateries of Yamashina!
This "street festival" is held in the spring and autumn.  Come join the fun exploring this  street and trying many foods and drinks from local restaurants.
